Factory & Order
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style for existing designs. For trial orders, we can accept as low as 30 pieces per style to help you test the market. For custom OEM/ODM designs, the MOQ is 100 pieces per style. We also offer mixed order options for multiple styles and colors.
Our standard production process includes: order confirmation → raw material preparation → cutting → stitching → quality inspection → finishing → packaging → final inspection → shipment.

Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM and private label services for leather bags. We can produce products based on your design drawings, photos or samples. Crazy horse leather is a kind of specially treated top-grain cowhide. It has a soft matte texture and a natural vintage look. This material is widely used on men’s travel bags, handbags, backpacks and wallets for its unique retro style and comfortable hand feel.
Light scratches are a typical feature of crazy horse leather, not a defect. The material will form a rich patina as you use it. Minor scratches will blend into the leather over time and add more vintage charm to the bag.
Keep it away from sharp objects, high temperature and long-term direct sunlight. For daily dust cleaning, just wipe gently with a dry soft cloth. Do not wash with water or harsh chemical cleaners. If it gets damp, dry it in a cool and ventilated place naturally.
It is only splash-proof, not fully waterproof. It can resist occasional light rain or water splashes, but do not soak the leather in water for a long time. We suggest you use a waterproof cover or avoid heavy rain when carrying the travel bag or backpack outdoors.
Our products adopt genuine top-grain crazy horse cowhide, which is tough and durable. Under normal use and proper maintenance, it will not crack or peel easily. Avoid pulling hard or squeezing heavily to extend its service life.
