Winter Solstice: Marrant’s Heartwarming Hot Pot Party
As the year draws to a close and the winter chill sets in, warmth fills the air at Marrant. On December 18th,2025, all Marrant employees gathered at the company for a lively and heartwarming hot pot feast. Here’s a glimpse of our wonderful time together:
Meticulous Preparation Behind the Feast
The success of the feast was thanks to the careful preparation of the team. Prior to the event, Huijuan from the HR department took the lead in purchasing all necessary supplies.
On the day of the event, Kaixia and Uncle personally went to the vegetable market to select fresh ingredients, and they worked together to set up the dining area with great attention to detail. Their efforts laid the foundation for a perfect gathering.
Warm Moments Around the Hot Pots
As the hot pots bubbled and steamed, the aroma of delicious broth filled the room, wrapping around every smiling face. Colleagues sat around the tables, chatting and laughing freely—talking about how fresh the beef was, who didn’t eat coriander, and who had a hidden talent for singing.
With chopsticks in hand, they shuttled between the various ingredients, sharing tips on how to cook them perfectly. They raised their glasses to talk about work and life, and the laughter and chatter made the distance between colleagues disappear in an instant.
Fun-Filled Interactive Sessions
Beyond the delicious food, the well-planned interactive sessions took the fun to the next level.
Co-founder Li Qin brought out a box of long biscuits engraved with blessings, and everyone drew lots to see if the wishes on the biscuits matched their own.
The lucky draw was a highlight: some colleagues drew “punishments” and happily did 20 push-ups amid everyone’s laughter, while one lucky person won a golden ingot—a symbol of good fortune and prosperity.
Unforgettable Singing Performances
The feast also featured wonderful singing performances. Mis Jiao from the warehouse gave a passionate rendition of G.E.M.’s “Like You,” which sounded so authentic that it won enthusiastic applause from everyone.
The feast came to a perfect end with Co-founder Jiang’s touching performance of “Friends,” a song that resonated with everyone and made the moment unforgettable.
This hot pot feast was more than just a meal—it was a chance for employees to relax amid their busy work schedules. It used food as a bridge to strengthen friendships and unite the team.
As we move forward, all Marrant employees will carry this warmth and vitality with them, working together hand in hand to build a brighter future for the company.
